The annual BC Camping Conference is the BCCA's marquee event, which attracts hundreds of camping professionals from across the province! The BC Camping Conference Trade Show is an opportunity to showcase your products and increase your market share. Conference attendees include Executive Directors, Program Directors, Food Service Managers, and Facilities Managers from 60 camps from across BC. Our annual conference trade show offers an opportunity for you to promote your products to our camps
The Trade Show will take place from 12:00pm-2:00pm on Wednesday, January 31, 2024 at Stillwood Camp & Conference Centre in Lindell Beach, BC.
Register and pay in full by December 31, 2023 for our early bird vendor pricing! Early birds can purchase one vendor table for just $150.00.
Trade show space is limited to just 40 vendors. Please arrive for setup between 9:30am-12:00pm. Power supply is available for the first 25 vendors registered and paid in full. Please bring your own extension cords.
