The Wrangler (Inclusion Support Specialist) is responsible for supporting participants with additional needs who are attending a program with Zajac Ranch. Under the supervision of the Unit Leaders, the Jr. Wrangler (Inclusion Support Specialist) will work 1:1 to assist participants with physical, behavioural or developmental support needs, to plan and implement activities that are safe for all participants. Additionally, the Inclusion Support Specialist will collaborate with other Zajac Ranch staff to adapt or modify program plans to meet the needs of all campers. Inclusion Support Specialist will be assigned an individual camper each week to provide support in any program offered by Zajac Ranch.
