Food Services Manager – Evans Lake (Squamish, BC)
Evans Lake Forest Education Centre is seeking an experienced Food Services Manager to lead our kitchen operations for the upcoming season.
This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for menu planning, food preparation, staff supervision, and day-to-day kitchen operations. Our kitchen serves groups of 40–120 people, including children’s camps, retreats, weddings, and corporate events. The successful candidate will ensure high-quality meals, strong food safety practices, and a positive, well-run kitchen environment.
Key responsibilities include:

Leading, scheduling, and mentoring a seasonal kitchen team

Overseeing food ordering, inventory, budgeting, and cost control

Maintaining food safety standards and operational efficiency

Collaborating with program and operations staff to support diverse groups and events
